Make sure the Dragy unit is fully charged. Enable bluetooth on your phone and make sure that bluetooth permissions are enabled in the app permissions for the Dragy app within your phones settings. If this still does not work, please try deleting and reinstalling the Dragy app. Please note deleting the app will delete all saved data from the app.
