What about the warranty?

If you purchase a Dragy through another reseller it will as standard come with a 12-month warranty. However, if you purchase from our website directly, we are happy to include an additional 12-month period of cover. This is a 2-year legally regulated warranty. Should there be any issue with the Dragy device in the first 2 years, we can offer repair or replacement options - only on orders placed after 23/06/2023. Orders placed before this date will receive the standard 1-year warranty.”
